### Instructor-Led Courses

Please be aware, Identiv has two very different Instructor-Led Courses.  One covers the Velocity product and the other cover the ICPAM product.   Please be sure you are signing up for the correct one prior to proceeding with registration.

The Velocity Instructor-Led Course:

The goal of the Velocity Instructor-Led Courses is to teach the the hardware and Velocity software in a traditional classroom setting.  Hands - on labs with instructor provided feedback is included.  This four-day course is attended by both end-users interested in system functionality and dealers required to obtain certification.  These courses are held at the Identiv Corporate Headquarters in Santa Ana, California.

Course Fee: $1,700 per student (part number: STR-C). There are no discounts for training courses. Click on the appropriate course week to enroll in the correct course. Please verify if you are interested in Velocity that you aren't accidentally selecting a ICPAM course. Click here for the course syllabus. The ICPAM Instructor-Led Course: The goal of the ICPAM Instructor-Led Courses is to teach the the hardware and ICPAM software in a traditional classroom setting. Hands - on labs with instructor provided feedback is included. This four-day course is attended by both end-users interested in system functionality and dealers required to obtain certification. These courses are held at the Identiv Corporate Headquarters in Santa Ana, California. Course Fee:$2,000 per student (part number: STR-I).

The prerequisites for the installation portion of the course include knowing how to deploy an OVA, virtualization, and the basics of the Linux operating system.  Students that aren't interested in installations are welcome to attend without these prerequisites, but then we wouldn't expect system installation skills to be acquired.  They will still receive an overview of the installation process.
